About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to work collaboratively with local communities and stakeholders to implement impactful projects that promote youth participation and development.
Key Responsibilities:
* To develop and coordinate programs that empower young leaders
Requirements:
* A qualification or relevant experience in Youth Work, Aboriginal Health Work, Social Work, or Community Development
* A demonstrated understanding of Aboriginal culture and experience working within Aboriginal communities
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build respectful relationships with Aboriginal young people
* Creative problem-solving skills and the initiative to work independently and collaboratively
* A current C class driver's licence, National Police Clearance, and Working with Children Check
* Willingness to travel within the Kimberley region
