Your Role: As a Account Manager at Sprintsuite, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our clients maximise the value of our products. Your responsibilities will include:

* Troubleshooting technical issues and collaborating with our development team to ensure timely resolutions.

Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SASS or Mining Engineering/fabrication company.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mentality.
