Job Description
Develop and implement strategic organisational development initiatives to enhance performance and culture.
Lead and manage change management projects to ensure smooth transitions within the organisation.
Collaborate with leadership to align organisational goals with HR strategies.
Oversee talent management, including succession planning and leadership development programs.
Design and deliver employee engagement strategies to improve workplace satisfaction.
Monitor and evaluate organisational effectiveness and implement improvements as needed.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Director Of Organisational Development Should Have
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field.
Proven experience in a leadership role.
Strong expertise in change management, talent management, and organisational design.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Ability to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
