Job Description
* Account Management: Take ownership of existing accounts in the Murchison region, ensuring high levels of service and retention.
* Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities across the territory, particularly in the service and reverse engineering space.
* Technical Consulting: Leverage your engineering knowledge to provide tailored pump solutions, including centrifugal pump systems and reverse-engineered components.
* Collaboration: Work closely with local engineering and manufacturing teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
* Travel: Spend approximately 2 weeks per month on-site with clients across the WA region (murchison and south)
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Candidate Should Have
* Engineering background (mechanical preferred)
* Strong sales aptitude with a proven ability to develop business
* Experience with centrifugal pumps or similar rotating equipment would be beneficial
* Ideally from an OEM or technical sales environment
* Analytical, consultative, and solutions-focused approach
* Comfortable working autonomously and managing a remote territory
* Full flexibility for travel and site-based work
