The Role As a General Dentist at Nova, you’ll provide high-quality dental care across a broad range of general dentistry services while building trusted, long-term patient relationships. You’ll work closely with our clinical and support team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and a seamless patient experience from consultation through to treatment completion. We’re ideally seeking a dentist with 5+ years of clinical experience who is confident in treatment planning, patient communication, and comprehensive general dentistry. This role offers a minimum of 2-3 days per week, with flexibility across the roster including opportunities for some evening and Saturday appointments to support patient accessibility and clinic growth. Key Responsibilities Providing comprehensive general dental care including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative and preventative treatments Delivering ethical, patient-centred treatment recommendations aligned to individual patient needs Building strong patient relationships through clear communication and compassionate care Working collaboratively with Treatment Coordinators and the wider clinical team to support positive patient outcomes Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records and documentation Ensuring high standards of infection control, clinical governance, and patient safety Contributing to a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing team culture Participating in ongoing professional development and continuous improvement initiatives About You You’re an experienced and patient-focused clinician who takes pride in delivering high-quality dentistry with empathy, professionalism, and integrity. You enjoy building rapport with patients and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
