In the role of Small Business Banker, you will join the Small Business Banking and Agribusiness team that's doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:
• Undertake sales related requirements for a portfolio of Small Business Agri & Diversified customers.
• Build relationships with Business Partners to create and action new business opportunities and support our customers.
• Increase our customers 'Mybank' footprint and undertake retention related activities for existing customers.
• Understanding customers business needs to provide holistic banking solutions.
• Accountable for managing customer complaints and escalations until resolution is reached.
• Establish and maintain Working Relationships with key stakeholders (Retail, NAB Partners and other Business Partners).
We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver for our customers. You'll need:
• A genuine passion for customer service.
• Demonstrated experience in a lending role.
• Experience in managing customer relationships, and the credit process.
• A strong financial/business acumen.
• Problem solving, time management, critical thinking and negotiation skills
