Your new role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll take ownership of project delivery from start to finish. This includes safety, quality, financial reporting, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. You’ll be supported by an experienced team of professionals and work alongside a collaborative management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, trade allocation, programming, and scheduling for all projects
- Oversee financial controls, procurement processes, and resource deployment to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Track and evaluate project outcomes, delivering performance insights and progress reports to executive leadership.
- Uphold compliance protocols, ensuring all activities align with industry regulations, safety guidelines, and contractual obligations
- Resolve technical queries and drive project outcomes with the support of senior leadership.
What you'll need to succeed
Experienced Senior Project Engineers OR Project Managers with a solid background in subdivisions or land development are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Tertiary Degree in Civil Engineering
- Proven leadership experience in civil construction. Min 5 years, ideally within subdivision projects.
- Strong understanding of site and project management methodologies, tools and best practice
- Great communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills along with the ability to work with a variety of project stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively, meet project deadlines, targets and work under pressure
