About the Role
As a key member of our operations team, you will oversee the daily housekeeping department to ensure efficiency and quality.
* Oversee daily housekeeping operations, supervise staff and manage workflows
* Create schedules, task sheets and manage attendance/rostering
* Inspect rooms/public areas for cleanliness and presentation standards
* Liaise with Reception on room status and guest needs
* Manage stock, supplies and maintain inventory records
* Recruit, train and performance manage housekeeping staff
* Maintain safety standards and compliance with hotel policies
* Foster a positive team culture and deliver exceptional guest service
