About the Opportunity
We're excited to offer two Engineer – Endpoint Management positions within the Digital Workspace, Endpoint Management & Mobility (EM&M) team at eHealth NSW.
We're looking for versatile engineers with hands‐on experience across Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM), Intune, and Defender platform services. Ideal candidates will bring strong skills in endpoint management for Windows Desktop/Server environments and/or mobile smart devices including iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and Android.
As part of the team, you'll contribute to product, platform and service refresh and enhancement initiatives, support operating system lifecycle management, and apply DevOps principles to automate, monitor, and integrate endpoint services within our broader infrastructure and security ecosystem.
In this role, you will:
* Contribute on the design, optimisation, maintenance, and support of endpoint management platforms (SCCM, Intune, Defender, AD Domain services), aligning with product roadmaps and service standards.
* Form part of the key agile product development team, managing user stories, prioritising backlogs, and guiding lifecycle operations using governance frameworks.
* Collaborate across teams and engage with stakeholders, building productive relationships across technical, business, and clinical teams and contribute to long‐term service planning.
* Enhance service resilience, coordinating incident response, health checks, and continuous improvement of documentation, standards, and procedures.
* Demonstrate a passion for continuous learning and service innovation, with a commitment to sharing knowledge and driving improvement across the organisation.
