**Anglicare NSW South, NSW West & ACT** is seeking a **Recruitment Partner** to lead recruitment and onboarding processes for our **Permanency Support Program (PSP)**.
**About the Role**
This role is vital in building a stable and skilled workforce that supports children, young people, and families in trauma-informed, culturally inclusive care environments.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for PSP roles, including job ads, shortlisting, interviews, and offers
- Plan and run targeted recruitment campaigns for ongoing and casual positions
- Lead onboarding, including probity checks, training, and Residential Care Workers Register requirements
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, workforce planning data, and compliance
- Partner with PSP managers to assess staffing needs and support workforce development
- Ensure recruitment records meet accreditation and legislative requirements
- Promote Anglicare's values and the Sanctuary Model in all recruitment activities
**What You'll Bring**
- Bachelor's degree in HR or Business (or Cert IV/Diploma with equivalent experience)
- Proven recruitment experience, preferably in the community or care sector
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- High emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity
- Knowledge of HRIS/ATS systems and strong administrative capability
