ApplianceGP are the home appliance installation, repairs, and maintenance experts. Based in Moorabbin and servicing Bayside and surrounding areas, we have built a solid reputation for our service and approach to our clients.
We are seeking an experienced Appliance Technician looking for a great team to work with. As ApplianceGP is growing, we are looking for a skilled and customer-focused technician to join us providing top-quality appliance repairs across Melbourne.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Diagnosing and repairing household appliances (including washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, and fridges)
· Delivering professional and friendly customer service
· Maintaining accurate records of work performed and parts used
· Working independently while at working as a key part of our team
The successful applicant will have:
· Experience in appliance repair (preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate)
· Strong at troubleshooting and with superior problem-solving skills
· The ability to communicate confidently with outstanding customer service abilities
· A valid (and unrestricted) driver's license (a company vehicle provided)
· The ability to work independently and efficiently
· Permanent residency or Australian citizenship required for this position
* Electrical Disconnect/Reconnect License advantageous but not required.
