Details: The role of the Health System Performance Branch is to contribute to improving public hospital services in the ACT and to promote financial sustainability in the health sector. The Branch supports the Directorate’s management of the ACT Local Hospital Network (LHN), leading the development and management of agreements with ACT LHN service providers, including the monitoring of service delivery as agreed in annual Service Agreements.
As Assistant Director Funding and Performance, you will work across all levels of the Directorate and with key stakeholders to research, develop and analyse the performance of public hospital and health care providers against government objectives and key performance indicators. We are looking for a team member that has a strong understanding of the ACT's health system, and is experienced in the preparation of government business, governance and policy documents, and materials for high-level governance bodies and forums.
