Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all occupational health, safety and wellbeing policies and procedures are adhered to, resolving customer complaints in a timely manner, and guaranteeing the quality of work meets required standards. They will also lead by example, inspire a large team to provide outstanding customer service through effective communication skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within a high-end hotel environment. They must possess a genuine passion for hospitality, a professional can-do attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to anticipate member needs. Additionally, they must be available and flexible to work across a 7-day roster including weekends, evenings, peak holiday periods and public holidays.
