Joyce Mechanical Services is seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, with school hours available and potential for additional hours leading to a full-time position.
As a family-owned and operated maintenance provider located in the heart of Mackay’s industrial precinct, we pride ourselves on delivering quality service while maintaining a supportive and flexible workplace.
This position is based on-site at our Paget workshop. This is a fast-paced, varied role suited to someone with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data entry, including timesheets and invoices
* Generating reports
* Assisting with accounts payable
* Providing administrative support to the field and workshop teams
About You:
* Excellent phone manner and strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
* Experience with Xero or similar accounting software (essential)
* Strong administration and data entry skills
* Highly organised, efficient, and able to multitask
* Reliable and punctual
* Sound understanding of accounts payable/receivable
