(Weekly Pay)Starting pay for theHostler Driver-Ground Personposition is $20.09 per hour which increases to $21.12 per hour after six (6) months and $23.69 per hour after one year of service.Summary:Employees will train at the entry-level Ground Person position for a minimum of two weeks. The Ground Person is responsible for directing crane operators who are loading and unloading cargo containers from railcars. The ground person is also responsible for preparing railcars for loading and unloading by removing and installing IBC locks. Employees will also be trained in the Hostler Driver position.
