We're chasing a hands-on Operations Manager who can lead from the front and keep a fast-moving service business running like clockwork.

What You'll Do:
* Lead and motivate a skilled operations team across on site
* Keep schedules, jobs, and workflows running smooth and on time.
* Streamline systems, lift performance, and drive accountability.
* Manage budgets, reporting, and operational targets.
* Build solid relationships with crews, clients, and suppliers.
What You Bring:
* Proven experience running operations in a service or trades-based business.
* Strong people leadership, problem-solving skills and a history of managing high volumes of jobs
* A hands-on approach — you know the floor as well as the plan.
* A knack for improving systems and keeping standards high.
