Double EBITDA from $2M to $4M+ over 5 years through strategic pricing, client acquisition, and operational leverage
Maintain a 60% dividend payout ratio while keeping client churn below 5%
Build a High-Performance Engine
Turn good operators into great leaders; develop A Players into ownership-level thinkers
Create accountability systems that work across internal and outsourced teams
