Customer Service Role
We are looking for customer service sales professionals to join our Reservations Team. Our national online holiday company is a highly respected and leading player in the industry.
No prior experience in the travel industry is required, but personal travel experience is highly regarded. We provide comprehensive training and opportunities exist to develop skills and progress within the organisation.
The role involves handling inbound customer enquiries from our popular holiday websites, working in a fast-paced Reservations Centre environment.

Key attributes include customer service or sales experience, ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic customer-facing environment, solid knowledge of domestic and international destinations, and excellent English communication skills. Practical and quick on the uptake, you must also be numerate, possess good interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and be self-motivated and a good team player.
