An established Australian business is seeking an experienced Collections Officer to join on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This role is fully office based, located in St Peters and is paying $40 - $45 super per hour initially with a competitive base salary upon conversion. This is a standalone position focused purely on collections, with responsibility for a ledger that requires structured follow-up and a thorough clean-up process. You’ll take ownership of the debtor function and help improve overall collections performance. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end collections across a busy ledger • Drive reduction in aged debt and complete ledger clean-up activities • Communicate proactively with customers regarding overdue accounts • Investigate and resolve account discrepancies • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in D365 • Liaise with internal stakeholders across finance and operations • Support improvements to collections processes and procedures About You • Strong background in collections or credit control • Confident working autonomously in a standalone role • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills • Comfortable taking ownership of ledger clean-up and aged debt • Experience with D365 is highly regarded • Immediate availability or short notice preferred If this sounds like you please apply below, or send through your CV to jboyd@fourquarters.com.au
