Strategic Sales Leadership Opportunity
The ideal candidate will serve as a senior leader, overseeing both account executives and provider solutions specialists. This individual will drive platform adoption and engagement, manage operational execution, track and report on all team KPIs, and align sales efforts with organizational growth goals.
This role involves strategic planning, leadership development, and managing daily operations to ensure effective team performance and accountability. The successful candidate will also collaborate with marketing and product teams to inform campaigns and roadmaps based on field feedback.
1. Manage a team of 6 (3 Account Executives and 3 Provider Success Specialists). Set clear goals and expectations, coach performance, and support career development.
2. Own and execute strategies to drive adoption and expansion of our healthcare provider-facing products.
3. Design and manage commission structures aligned with business priorities.
4. Develop regular performance reports and dashboards for leadership visibility.
* 5+ years in sales leadership, preferably within healthcare or software-as-a-service (SaaS).
* Proven experience managing both inside and field sales teams.
* Strong analytical skills with experience building reports, dashboards, and forecasting tools.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales productivity tools.
* Experience in HCP-facing sales or working with HCP-facing platforms.
* Background in managing multi-channel sales efforts (digital, phone, in-person).
* Understanding of provider workflows and the healthcare ecosystem.
* Bachelor's degree.
