We are seeking an experienced Application Packaging Team Lead to oversee the packaging and deployment of approximately 100 applications, while leading a small offshore team. This is a hands‐on leadership role requiring strong coordination skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage deliverables within defined timelines.
The role is fully remote, with an initial onsite requirement during the first week for onboarding and planning.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the packaging of approximately 100 applications, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices
* Oversee the implementation of scheduled security updates (planned for end of June)
* Manage, mentor, and coordinate a small offshore team to ensure timely delivery
* Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and provide technical guidance where required
* Ensure all packaged applications meet security, compliance, and organizational standards
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on deadlines and requirements
* Identify risks and proactively resolve issues impacting delivery
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in application packaging in enterprise environments
* Strong understanding of software deployment processes and lifecycle management
* Experience coordinating or leading distributed/offshore teams
* Knowledge of security patching and update processes
* Strong organizational and project coordination skills
* Excellent communication skills, particularly in remote team environments
