About The Role
* Coordinate specialist, allied health and therapy schedules for SHARP and SMS Clinics, managing patient bookings and online diaries in line with clinical triage advice.
* Act as the primary point of contact for patients and stakeholders, providing professional front-of-house, phone and email support for clients with complex clinical needs.
* Manage accurate admissions, discharges and high-volume medical billing (outpatient, inpatient and case conferences) in compliance with Medicare, private health and hospital policies using CorePAS.
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support efficient service delivery, prioritising workloads with minimal supervision in a fast-paced clinical environment.
* Maintain clinical records, reporting and quality data, support service improvement initiatives, and assist with digital systems including telehealth and electronic billing.
About You
* Demonstrated high-level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with people from diverse social, cultural and clinical backgrounds.
* Proven customer service capability, including advanced telephony and virtual communication skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
* High level computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, email, clinical information systems and document management systems.
* Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively, liaising effectively with staff across a multidisciplinary team.
* Demonstrated commitment to ongoing personal and professional development with a proactive and adaptable approach to work.
