**What we are looking for in Sommeliers**
Experience in a wine focused role, whether a wine waiter or sommelier
Detailed knowledge of food, beverages, and wine
WSET level 2 or above, or CMS equivalent
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
Have full Australian working rights
Available to work nights and weekends
