Centre Director / Service Manager – Sparrow Early Learning Worongary
Full-time position
As our Trailblazing Team Captain (aka Service Manager), you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of the Service, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and in line with company policies, sector standards and compliance requirements. You’ll coach, motivate and support a team of educators who are passionate about shaping young minds, build robust partnerships with families and the wider community, and create an environment where children, educators and families feel they belong.
You’ll champion quality practices, bring fresh ideas, and empower your team to deliver inspiring early learning experiences every day. You’re not just managing a centre—you’re creating a culture of care, creativity and connection.

What you’ll need
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
- Minimum 3 years experience in a current ELC Centre Manager/Director role
- Proven experience in understanding and supporting accounts, rosters & staff needs, positive culture, building & engaging community presence and driving occupancy growth
- A strong understanding of policies, state legislations, EYLF and the NQS
- Current Working with Children Check and Child Protection certification
- First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Confidence when communicating with all levels of management
- A strong ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive culture within our service
