About the Role Reporting to the General Manager of Marketing, this newly defined role will take ownership of brand and communications across the business. This role is focused on ensuring consistency, clarity, and quality in how the organisation communicates both internally and externally. This is a hands-on position at the centre of marketing, customer experience, and operations. You will drive brand governance, oversee content and communications, and actively manage the organisation's reputation across digital channels. Key areas of focus include: Leading brand management across all touchpoints including digital, fleet, uniforms, and branch collateral Owning internal and external communications, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and customer-focused Managing online reputation across review platforms and social media, including response frameworks and sentiment improvement Overseeing social media strategy, content planning, and community engagement Developing and refining customer communications across the full lifecycle from onboarding to issue resolution Supporting internal communications to align teams with key initiatives and messaging Managing agencies, media partners, and external suppliers including content creators and videographers Leveraging tools such as AI and automation platforms to enhance content creation and efficiency Leading and developing a Marketing Coordinator About You You are a hands-on marketing professional who thrives on execution and clarity. You bring a strong foundation in brand and communications, with the ability to simplify messaging and drive consistency across a multi-site business. You will likely bring: 6 to 10 years' experience in marketing, brand, or communications roles Proven experience in brand governance and communications within complex or multi-location organisations Strong background in content creation, copywriting, and campaign execution Experience managing online reputation and customer review platforms Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, sales, and customer service teams Experience managing agencies and external partners A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong organisational skills An interest in innovation, including the use of AI tools to improve marketing effectiveness Experience in industries such as construction, facilities management, waste, or other service-based environments will be highly regarded.
