As a key member of our team, you will lead and manage strategic planning, complex projects and change processes. You will provide high-level strategic advice on government relations and strategic policy issues. You will also manage inter and intra-governmental negotiations and consultation to ensure consistent advice in line with Tasmania's position.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement.
* Manage and coordinate large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
* Provide expert advice on government relations and strategic policy matters.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
* Oversee the effective management of human, financial, physical and information resources.
