Job Description
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective delivery of mechanical, electrical, and control system maintenance. This includes managing workforce resources, interpreting timesheets, and ensuring compliance with industrial relations requirements.
You will work closely with the Works Coordinator to ensure efficient set-up of multi-level schedules for all preventive and corrective maintenance, reactive repairs, and find-and-fix tasks.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage responsive, corrective, and preventative work efficiently.

You will be required to participate in an operational roster organisation, ensuring availability for first response and workload management.
