Job Title: Office Administrator
Core Responsibilities:
* Reception Activities:
o Incoming phone calls and managing sales in-box
o Goods-in, checking off deliveries
o Basic customer service management
* Accounts Receivable Activities:
o Taking payments and invoicing
* Operations Activities:
o Scheduling installations and providing customer ETA's
o Processing work orders and purchase orders
Requirements:
* Experience in all basic computer programs such as word/excel
* Familiarity with Xero accounting software (advantageous)
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
