**Your new role**
The primary purpose of the role is to manage the provision of high quality services, including coordinating and overseeing the planning, development and delivery of web development and maintenance, while ensuring service levels are met and compliance with Web management policies, procedures and standards.
The role contributes to delivering the agency's priorities including the ongoing improvement of systems and technology for high quality service delivery and customer service in line with contemporary standards.
The role contributes to delivering Corporate Services directions by strengthening their digital platforms and tools to enable better customer service.
**What you'll need to succeed**
Ability to:
- Collaborate with customers to identify work requirements and underlying issues.
- Liaise with vendors regarding changes and work with business divisions and PIRSA Digital Communications team to define requirements and implement new web functionality.
- Ensure tasks are prioritized in line with customer requirements and ICT and PIRSA strategic objectives and existing work commitments, ensuring a responsive and proactive level of customer service and expectations.
- Supervise Web Developers.
- Adapt and implement new technologies to PIRSA's on-line services.
- Consult, advise and document technical matters accurately and clearly to facilitate digital solutions and improvements for customers and internal staff.
- Ensure development and tracking of project schedules and budgets.
- Experience in managing the full product life cycle to ensure that, over time, the needs of customers/users continue to be met and that financial and other benefits are achieved.
