Applicants must possess a doctorate in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional standing, along with a track record of excellence in teaching, research, and academic management. A career demonstrating familiarity with tertiary education policy, governance, and equity principles, as well as strategic planning, financial management, and governance skills is essential.
