Job Description
This strategic role focuses on enhancing the capacity of educators to embed digital literacy, emerging technologies, and data-informed practice across the curriculum. It involves developing and delivering professional learning programs that improve staff capability in digital literacy, AI integration, and data analysis.
The ideal candidate will lead the integration of digital literacy into the curriculum, ensuring coherence and consistency across all year levels. They will partner with curriculum and wellbeing leaders to ensure inclusive education and digital citizenship essential to planning, teaching, and assessment.
The successful applicant will provide coaching and mentoring to teachers in embedding digital tools into everyday pedagogy. They will also support staff in collecting, analysing, and utilising data to inform teaching practices and improve student learning outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Develop and deliver professional learning programs that enhance staff capability in digital literacy, AI integration, and data literacy.
* Lead the implementation and optimisation of digital resources aligned to school improvement priorities.
* Partner with curriculum and wellbeing leaders to ensure inclusive education and digital citizenship essential to planning, teaching, and assessment.
* Provide coaching and mentoring to teachers in embedding digital tools into everyday pedagogy.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
