About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Front-of-House (FOH) Team Leader to join our team at Eureka 89 on a full-time basis, working on a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday. You'll become a valued member of our incredible FOH Team Leaders, collaborating to oversee all front-of-house activities for events and dining at Eureka 89.

The FOH Team Leader coordinates all front of house activities for events and dining, including the coordination of FOH staff and maintaining high venue presentation standards. The role involves liaising with clients through managing events, facilitating with AV, and communicating with the kitchen and sales teams to deliver a seamless service.

This position is responsible for creating a high-performance culture by mentoring and developing employees, upholding service standards and procedures, and ensuring work is completed in accordance with work health and safety procedures at all times.

This is an amazing opportunity for you to be mentored by seasoned hospitality leaders who'll either assist with kick-starting your hospitality management career, or continue your development in becoming the very best in the industry.

Requirements

About You

The ideal candidate will be passionate and proud of the food and service they deliver and be willing to go above and beyond to create ongoing memorable and unique guest experiences. You will have strong leadership skills, be a team player, have the ability to give and recieive constructive feedback to keep building the FOH teams' ability and skills, have hospitality experience in premium events or fine-dining, and have a demonstrated positive "can-do" attitude.

Education/Experience:

* Front-of-House experience in a premium venue, with a passion for food and beverage
* Responsible Service of Alcohol (mandatory)
* First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)
* Safe Food Handling Certificate (or willing to obtain)
