Our client is a leader in innovative joinery and fitout solutions and we're growing! We're looking for a confident, relationship‐driven Specification Manager to join our Brisbane team and help expand our footprint within the architecture and design community.

About the Role
As Specification Manager, you'll be the trusted advisor to architects, designers, and specifiers guiding projects from early design through to installation. You'll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to identify opportunities, manage relationships, and ensure our products are specified into some of Australia's most exciting commercial projects.
Key responsibilities include:
* Building strong, lasting relationships with architects, designers, and specifiers.
* Identifying and managing new project opportunities using our cloud-based CRM.
* Collaborating with internal teams to prepare proposals and presentations.
* Representing the brand at client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
* Following up on completed specs and nurturing long‐term partnerships.
About You
You're an engaging communicator who loves connecting with people and understanding their design needs. You're also organised, tech‐savvy, and thrive on seeing projects move from ideas to reality.
We're looking for someone with:
* Experience in the commercial construction industry (essential)
* Strong relationship management and communication skills
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* Confidence using cloud-based CRM systems
It's a bonus if you have:
* Experience in joinery, architecture, or design
* Previous business development or specification experience
