A growing Managed Service Provider in Melbourne’s North-West requires a Level 2/3 Service Desk Engineer for a permanent chance commencing immediately. The company promotes a collaborative and supportive work environment, offering exposure to leading technologies and flexible working arrangements. 
Your new role 
In this exciting new role, you will be:
- Providing 2nd and 3rd level remote and onsite IT support for clients.
- Supporting a broad range of clients to resolve high-level IT issues escalated within the Service Desk.
- Performing technical support of servers, network and hardware.
- Assisting with the delivery of infrastructure projects.
- Delivering a high level of customer service and communication.
What you'll need to succeed 
To be successful in this role, you will have: 
- Demonstrated experience of providing level 2 IT support.
- Sound knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Intune, Hyper-V / VMware, Backup technologies, VoIP and Network troubleshooting.
- Experience with ConnectWise PSA and Ninja RMM is desirable.
- Highly developed troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, 3CX and ITIL certifications are beneficial.
- Prior experience working within a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy organisation is highly advantageous.
