The Organisation
JK Personnel is partnering with a well-established and respected local name in the butchery industry, currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join their Ballarat-based team.
Key Responsibilities
* Moving, stacking, and managing inventory
* Assisting the butchery team with general duties
* Picking and scanning customer orders
* Loading and unloading delivery trucks
* Ad-hoc manual labour and cleaning as needed
* Following company procedures and safety protocols
What We're Looking For
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
* A proactive and organised mindset
* HR Truck Licence is highly desirable but not essential
* Previous warehousing or loadout experience is advantageous
Successful candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment medical assessment, inclusive of a drug & alcohol test.
