The Natural Grocery Company are on the lookout for an innovative, passionate and creative CRM and Loyalty Coordinator to join our vibrant team on a permanent, full-time basis - based in either Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast.

Commencing in Feb; this role within our marketing department is designed to ensure that data flows between all platforms; enabling, monitoring and reporting on targeted promotions, whilst liaising with front-end design to create a seamless customer experience.

Whilst set up and monitoring of member management and promotional activity is a vast part of the role, consistent reporting and monitoring for opportunities to growth redemption and sales is a key feature.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will suit an all-rounder who will help us to build community through brand engagement, consumer conversation & marketing execution!

We're looking for someone whose responsibilities will include:

* Providing data-driven recommendations to enhance customer engagement and retention

* Loyalty App Management, assist with data flow across multi-channel: App – EDM – SMS – Targeted social ads - in store activation

* Work with design to ensure front end consumer facing communication is reflected with back end functionality

* Support the Marketing team efforts to grow and engage our community base

* Assist with building Consumer Promotion programs within Microsoft BC, Loyalty App and platforms such as Dot Digital

* Refine Member Target segments for growth, retention and attraction of NEW audience – helping us deliver the right products / message to the right customer at the right time

* Analyse customer behaviour, purchasing patterns and Loyalty proposition effectiveness, and deliver actionable insights to our team. Influencing cross department purchase, increase basket spend & frequency.

* Build customer profiles and segmentation models for activation and targeting

* Present audience insights and help our team deliver opportunity for supplier funded activity to grow top line sales

* Identify and present successes, challenges, and opportunities for future Loyalty improvement

* Experience with Microsoft Business Central or a similar platform including promotion / discount set up, attributes, excel skills is favourable, however training will be provided

* Experience in Loyalty App Management, including launch, customisation and inter-platform management favourable

* Customer Service via Loyalty App Portals – first port of call for any customer enquiries regarding membership details, application errors or updates

* Assist in driving greater efficiency utilising the Dot Digital Marketing platform

About you:

* 2 + years of experience in a Loyalty or CRM-focused role, ideally within the retail or consumer goods industry

* previous experience using Microsoft BC, Excel and Data Visualisation

* sound analytical competency

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

* Self-motivated, with ability to take ownership and own outcomes

* High level of accuracy and attention to detail

* Have a highly organised mindset with the ability to assess the urgency of work allocated to you by various stakeholders

* Proficient in customer data analysis, segmentation and campaign optimisation

* Team player, with the ability to jump across Customer Service to data management and analysis.
