Job Description

As a Community Sales Manager, you will play a key role in fostering and supporting our customers and centre teams at a Centre level.

You'll be overseeing and supporting the overall daily operations of a centre, contributing to the growth and success of your customers, helping them to use flexible working to enhance their productivity.

The responsibilities include:

* Building effective relationships with new and existing customers
* Working as part of a team to provide our community with everything they need
* Creating exceptional experiences in every interaction
* Owning and caring for your centre - ensuring it is always a professional and inspiring work environment our community requires;
* Driving profitability of our centres through supporting sales or additional services and ancillary income
* Training, managing and mentoring community teams to be the best they can be
* Leading by example through every interaction
