This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Disaster Recovery Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing claims and providing support to customers during difficult times.
Key Responsibilities:

* Provide clear and transparent information about their policy and what to expect
* Make fair and informed decisions that balance customer needs with company guidelines
* Manage claims from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
* Solve problems creatively and think critically to find solutions that benefit both customers and the company
