Accounts Payable Officer - Part-time - Sumner
Highly innovative manufacturing business requires the assistance of an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their small and efficient finance team on a part-time basis for 6 months. You will be processing full-function AP using D365 and assisting the team with a project. The environment is close-knit and down to earth.
The Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, responsibilities include:
1. Managing AP inbox and queries
2. Setting up new suppliers and verifying information
3. Matching POs and managing approval processes
4. Supplier statement reconciliations
5. Managing payment runs
6. Working on projects
About You
The successful applicant will have:
* Extensive experience in full-function Accounts Payable processing
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
* Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
* A positive and professional team attitude
* Experience with Dynamics 365 (highly regarded)
