About the Role As a Senior Rehabilitation Counsellor, you will: Lead and support a diverse caseload of clients recovering from physical and/or psychological injury or illness Act as the primary contact guiding clients through tailored recovery and return-to-work plans Conduct assessments such as Initial Needs, Ergonomic, Functional Capacity, and ADLs Collaborate with treating specialists and attend Medical Case Conferences Build strong working relationships with employers, insurers, allied health teams, and medical professionals Provide mentorship and professional guidance to junior consultants What’s on Offer?
