We're seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to lead our customers through the servicing process with a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities include:
• Greet customers, assess their service needs, and provide clear communication
• Promote and upsell services to maximise workshop efficiency
• Coordinate service bookings, prepare cost estimates, and process invoices
• Liaise between customers and the workshop to ensure a smooth service experience
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
About You:
Experienced – Previous experience in a Service Advisor or similar automotive role is highly regarded.
Customer-Focused – Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills are essential.
Organised & Detail-Oriented – Ability to manage multiple service appointments efficiently is required.
Mechanically Knowledgeable – A good understanding of vehicle servicing and repairs is necessary.
Professional & Positive – A friendly, team-oriented attitude is a must.
Licensed to Drive – A valid driver's licence and ability to drive manual is required.
