You will take full responsibility for all areas of sales, the team, the processes and for its ongoing growth and development. As part of the senior management team, you will play an active role in shaping the future of the business.This is a creative environment and a 360 model - your team will not only be responsible to winning and closing the business but also for taking the brief and conceiving and designing the winning solution. The vast majority of customers are generated via marketing, the website, repeat business, referrals or through their long-standing presence at the top of their market.
