The opportunity
This role sits at the centre of our client's Queensland growth strategy. It exists to lead the delivery of urban development projects while also acting as a visible senior presence in the local market.
Reporting to an interstate National Operations Manager for Urban, the role carries genuine ownership across project outcomes, people leadership, and client relationships.
You will be supported by experienced leaders to ensure the right standards, systems, and culture are embedded early, while being trusted to shape how the business establishes itself in Queensland.

You bring credibility across urban development projects and enjoy being visible with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors. You are comfortable leading experienced teams, setting expectations clearly, and supporting people to grow beyond their current role. Most importantly, you are motivated by building something meaningful and sustainable rather than stepping into a fixed structure.
