This is not a standard labourer role. We are looking to invest in a person who wants to learn a trade, gain qualifications, and build a genuine career path. No prior industry experience is required—we hire for attitude and train for skill.
About the Role: You will join us as a full-time Trainee Technician. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same.
Months 1-2: You will work side-by-side with the business owner, learning the ropes, understanding our high standards of customer service, and mastering the technical side of the trade.
Month 3+: Once you are confident, you will transition to managing your own roster, completing up to 6 service jobs a day autonomously.
While you will be trained in all aspects of our business (Pest, Carpet, and Structural Drying), our goal is to help you specialize in Carpet Cleaning & Restoration, providing paid training to help you achieve industry-recognized qualifications.

Requirements:
* Current NSW Driver's License
* Your own reliable transport to get to our facility.
* Full Right to Work in Australia.
* Commitment to safety and compliance protocols.
* A current Police Check
* This is a hands-on, active role. You must be comfortable lifting heavy cleaning equipment (up to 20kg), manoeuvring carpet wands, moving furniture, and working on your feet for extended periods.
