About the job:
We are looking for an experienced manufacturing Formulator to be responsible for formulation and milling activities to ensure production is of quality and quantity. This is a casual position and the ideal candidate will have a background in chemistry or have previous experience as a Formulator, bring excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating high-quality products.
About the Responsibilities:
* Deliver agreed production objectives according to the planned production schedule.
* Perform all manual charging and other operating activities under the proper standard operation procedure.
* Interpreting and understanding the process and instrumental diagrams.
* Using material handling equipment such as a stacker and forklift.
* Conduct general mechanical work by dismantling of a pipe and fixing equipment.
* Ensure compliance with HSE&Q policy, standards and operational procedures.
About the Qualifications:
Minimum of high school certificate or equivalent with a basic comprehension of chemical and mechanical processes. Having previous experience in the chemical industry or working in formulation development in a manufacturing environment would be ideal.
Having experience in operating with hazardous chemical procedures would be ideal, this includes being able to wear personal protective equipment.

About the specifics:
* The position is based at the Macspred plant at 13 Kennedys Dr, Delacombe
* Immediate start
* Salary on offer based on experience
* Normal hours of operation are Monday to Friday between 6:30am to 3:00pm
* Casual hours are between 30-40 hours per week
