WHAT’S INVOLVED?
We're expanding! Make this current role and territory your own, you will share our history and excite customers with our innovation, to drive business and grow our Brands. If you're based in the Bendigo or Castlemaine Regions, we encourage you to apply. You’ll be responsible for driving sales across both the Bickford’s and Vok portfolios, targeting Grocery, On-Premise, and Off-Premise Licensed Venues.
- You’ll be a proactive negotiator - Negotiate and manage strong relationships to source new business.
- You’ll strategise - Execute State and National Strategies, Business Plans and Promotional Programs.
- You’ll be an Ambassador for our Brands – Manage a client base of existing outlets to grow volume, distribution and profitability.
- You’ll follow through - Plan and execute an effective journey plan to cover the territory.
- You’ll understand your Customers - Ensure the right product mix is sold into stores and outlets.
- You’ll get the job done - Update and maintain CRM system and timely reporting.
- You’ll make things better – Drive change and improvements from your learnings.
