What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Territory Manager – Brisbane West, you will be responsible for developing and profitably growing the customer base within a defined territory by delivering outstanding customer service aligned to the Dulux Trade Sales Strategy. Acting as a trusted business-to-business advisor, you will work closely with trade painters and other key influencers to identify sales opportunities across repaint, new construction, and housing projects. This role involves daily face-to-face engagement with customers, building strong commercial relationships, executing call plans, retaining high wallet-share accounts, and converting opportunities into profitable revenue. You will manage your territory as your own business, leveraging your product knowledge, problem-solving skills, and sales capability to deliver budgeted sales and profit outcomes while maintaining accurate CRM reporting.
