About you:
* Current AHPRA registration (RN or relevant discipline)
* Extensive experience in clinical governance, quality, or compliance within aged care, health, or human services
* Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, accreditation, and legislative compliance
* Success in managing audits, regulatory relationships, and incident investigations
* Proven ability to analyse data, lead improvement plans, and empower multidisciplinary teams
* Exceptional communication, resilience, and stakeholder management skills
* Postgrad qualifications in health management/quality/risk (desirable)
