About the Role
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in Mandarin and English, you will handle general enquiries and account applications and collaborate with the Sales team to ensure client satisfaction.
Duties
1. Respond to client inquiries via email, live chat, and phone professionally and promptly.
2. Handle new account applications and client onboarding processes.
3. Database management, updating existing accounts based on client requirements.
4. Collaborate with Sales Team to fulfill client needs.
5. Offer comprehensive client support, covering technical, operational, and trading aspects.
Skills & Experience
6. Proficient in English and Mandarin languages
7. Experience working in financial services
8. 1-2 years of customer service or call centre experience
9. Collaborative team player
10. Exhibits calm demeanour and excellent at handling complaints
11. Must have full working rights in Australia with no restrictions
