About The Role
We're looking for a dynamic PR Account Manager to join the team in our Melbourne office. Someone who can run the day-to-day on client accounts with ease, develop on-brand and engaging client copy and content, and help shape creative, integrated campaigns. This role will work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver campaigns that drive real results. You'll have a strong understanding of the Australian media and influencer landscape and be the first to put your hand up to help brainstorm ideas for clients.
The Role Entails
* Managing the day-to-day PR activity for clients across property, corporate and consumer clients
* Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, media influencers and stakeholders
* Assisting in shaping campaign strategy that moves the needle and is aligned with client objectives
* Crafting tailored press materials and pitches for specific media outlets and journalists
* Pitching brand stories, news and profiling opportunities to media across B2B and B2C outlets
* Producing high-quality copy across thought leadership, award submissions, social media and marketing materials
* Assisting with new business including pitches and proposals
* Contributing to agency culture and team initiatives
We're Looking For
* An energetic and enthusiastic PR Account Manager with 3-4 years' experience
* Someone who loves integrated PR campaigns and has experience across property, corporate or consumer (experience in one area is great; all three is a bonus)
* A creative thinker who puts forward proactive ideas and uses their initiative and industry knowledge to develop pitch angles that media will care about
* A team player that loves to collaborate and build relationships with clients, team members and stakeholders alike
